I understand why a lot of people need to turn off quote posts (because a lot of bad actors use them for dunking & subsequent stochastic brigading) BUT So often the thing I want so say is an utter tangent & I am grateful to be able to quote post & not clutter the original thread with my nonsense.

I wish there were a way to see things only once instead of over and over. (Would also like not to miss interesting comment threads, though.)

CLASSIFIER RATIONALE

The reply expresses a genuine product need: a way to filter or deduplicate content (seeing things only once instead of repeatedly) while preserving access to interesting discussion threads. This is a category-level gap in social media feed management, not a complaint about a specific product bug. The parent context clarifies this is about social media content discovery/filtering. The author signals desire for such a feature ('I wish there were a way'), indicating actionability.
